Items purchased from Sephora's website and purchases made on other platforms like Instagram and Facebook can be returned for $0 (no delivery or incremental costs) to just about any Sephora store or post.  Nevertheless, if the return was not because of their fault, they may not be willing to repay your shipment expenses.

Although Sephora's return policy is extremely accommodating, there are some things you should keep in mind. Firstly, over 60 days after the initial purchase, perfumes bought from their online website or other online platforms cannot be refunded by post or in retail locations.

Be sure to provide the actual Sephora packaging note with your products. Also, make sure that you send your perfume in the company's packaging and Sephora's wrapping. 

If the original wrapping isn't available, cover your item in solid packaging so that the bottle doesn't get damaged. Using the link, generate a Prepaid Return Label. Ship the parcel outside one of the FedEx sites listed on the website. You can track your return using the link. Once your request is completed, you will be notified. Processing returns and crediting your wallet or issuing a web store refund might require 30 days. However, keep in mind the delays can also come from your bank's side.  

On the other hand, you can also physically return your perfume to any Sephora outlet. In 60 days after the payment, visit any Sephora retail to return your perfume bought from the website or other online platforms. Ensure you bring your genuine Sephora shipping label and the card from which the purchase was made.
