Can I return perfume to Macy's? Let's talk about exactly how it works

Macy's will accept your perfume refund request within 30 days of in-store sale or 180 days of purchase from the website. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must ensure that the perfume is brand new and sealed or used slightly.  They will reimburse you once you submit the invoice. You'll get a reimbursement in online redeemable points if you have a gift invoice.

Make sure that the perfume is only slightly used

Only perfumes bought from the online store are eligible for return. Once you purchase perfumes as part of a BOGO deal, the offer reflects the cheapest scents' pricing and is adjusted proportionately to every qualifying scent. If you return a perfume, the reimbursement will be equivalent to the perfume's listed price less the corresponding discounted value.

In short, perfumes bought from Macy's retail outlet must be returned to the store for a replacement. Whereas scents ordered from the website can be returned in the shop or by post. The brand can also verify your information using your bank card, shipment tag, packaging receipt, purchase, or shipment verification code to allow you a refund.
