Hard to classify, Déclaration d’un Soir has a ginger effect at the top, before unveiling a blend of citrusy and spicy notes. Rose and nutmeg assert themselves in the heart, intertwined with aromatic notes. At the end, the woody trail reveals sandalwood. Perfumer: Mathilde Laurent.

Un très joli parfum. Une belle rose "masculine", mais cela reste un mainstream. Il n'a pas la classe du Must.

The spices, the ginger effect, the woody base : even if it’s a masculine fragrance, it’s totally my type of perfumes. I don’t really like flowers, but here the rose note is very discreet. There is also a slightly oriental facet. It could almost be a fragrance created by Serge Lutens, even if it remains fresh… But now Serge Lutens creates fresh and cold perfumes too ! The bottle, a variation of Déclaration’s flacon, is also very well done.

Déclaration d’un Soir… un nom poétique et une senteur sophistiquée auxquels j’ai tout de suite adhéré. C’est vrai qu’en premier lieu j’ai pensé garder la fragrance pour moi. Après tout, une fille qui porte un parfum masculin de nos jours, c’est presque devenu banal ! Mais finalement, j’ai choisi de l’offrir à mon père. Lui qui porte d’habitude des parfums plus chauds et ronds, il a beaucoup aimé cette rose boisée très épicée qui donne une impression de modernité à la composition. Et oui, une fleur dans un masculin c’est plutôt rare, encore plus lorsqu’il s’agit de la rose.
