History
Living in New York, but born in France, Sylvie Chantecaille, is known, among other things, for creating the Prescriptives brand with Estée Lauder. In partnership with her daughter, the highly creative Olivia, Sylvie Chantecaille launched her own brand of top-of-the-line make-up and skin care that has taken American women by storm, including a constellation of Hollywood stars. The brand also offers four luxurious essences: Wisteria, Le Jasmin, Frangipane and Tiaré. Sylvie Chantecaille found inspiration for each creation from her travels and her own experience. The name Wisteria comes from the American botanist Caspar Wistar, who first imported “Wisteria Sirentis” from China in 1825. A sensory voyage that Sylvie Chantecaille has decided to preserve in a bottle. A fresh and delicate fragrance that will remind you of the Chinese flower with its finely scented petals. Tarragon, white musk and freesia notes bring sweetness and grace.

I love the Chantecaille brand. It does represent luxury. Her Wisteria fragrance sounds pretty and gentle and the flacon also reflects this. I love the pale juice. A tester for sure.
