Description

Chamomile gets the first dance, then comes vivacious Bulgarian rose. The heart reveals a bouquet of white flowers: ylang-ylang and with lily-of-the-valley wrapped around jasmine. Patchouli, the original scent’s signature note, is tied to ‘shimmering ribbons’ of vetiver and amber.

History

Clinique’s classic Aromatics Elixir continues its sensorial adventure with a new way to wear perfume. This sensual potion ‘releases a sheer aura’ with a sensation of pure velvet. The golden gel’s texture – a cross between perfume and scented oil – like an unctuous sap, lets you massage it into your pulse points or anywhere on your body with the tip of your finger. The fragrance, inspired by Aromatics Elixir, echoes the original’s chypre composition of patchouli, rose and jasmine.
