Description

Geranium Odorata unveils a citrusy bergamot opening, while cardamom and pink pepper grant a spicy touch. The geranium heart gradually yields to a woody trail intertwining cedar, vetiver and tonka bean. Perfumer: Fabrice Pellegrin, Firmenich.

History

After Eau Rose and Eau Moheli, Geranium Odorata joins diptyque’s line of floral eaux. Monet, Cézanne, Matisse and more: so many painters have been inspired by geranium. The house decided it was their turn to pay tribute to this flower that is so iconic in perfumery. The house’s elliptical bottle is adorned with their emblematic oval label, which has been decorated with geraniums this time.

Un chef d'oeuvre ce Diptyque. Une rose fraîche puis suave qui se fait épicée vient se lover dans un fond boisé vanillé : Géranium Odorata, entre peau et sillage...

Hmmm...a geranium based fragrance. It could be very nice. Like dining at an outdoor bistro. Interesting.
