History
Woman by Donna Karan is inspired by all that women are… It celebrates their vision, generosity, and desire to inspire the world. It reflects beauty, intuition, but also vulnerability. ‘When I approached the project, I wove this idea of the multi-faceted woman into all aspects of the process’, explains Donna Karan. Woman is composed of woody notes (‘ingredients that are traditionally found in masculine fragrances’) wrapped with white flowers. According to Donna Karan, the fragrance embodies the ‘dichotomy of softness and strength’ of each woman.

Eau de Parfum 1.7 oz / 50 ml, 3.4 oz / 100 ml ; Body Lotion 6.7 oz / 200 ml ; Body Cleansing Lotion 6.7 oz / 200 ml.
Bottle
Like Donna Karan’s best-seller Cashmere Mist, the bottle evokes a sculpture. The curvaceous bottle, designed by architect Zaha Hadid, is black and transparent.

I love this scent. It is new to me, but it hits home when I want that deep, dark woodsy smell. It has the right levels of high-mid-low to keep it from being over powering. Think a quiet, romantic evening nestled into a corner booth with your love; or a big comfy sweater on a cold winter's eve. This is a night time scent, but oh so lovely!
