History
A town in southern Italy, Paestum is famous for both its archaeology and its roses. It is this latter that is at the heart of Paestum Rose, the second perfume from Eau d’Italie. This refined and modern brand was created by the directors of the famous Sirenuse Hotel, in Positano, on the Amalfitaino coast. This ‘unisex’ rose scent is garbed in pink and black pepper, patchouli, balms and sensual resins. In selected department stores (Le Printemps in France ) and perfume shops. Rosy frankincense can be alarming. I am thinking soapy-rose good though. And I like the modern packaging and bottle.
