Centered around oud wood, the fragrance reveals the resinous effect of cistus labdanum intertwined with the animalic facet of a leather accord.
History
Oud Flamboyant is part of the ‘L’Atelier de Givenchy’ fragrance collection. This haute perfumery line is meant as the olfactory interpretation of the house’s haute couture creations. The neck of each bottle is embellished with a spool of thread that matches the color of the juice: Oud Flamboyant’s is golden yellow. Style: baroque splendor, for a boldly magnetic fragrance.

Le oud, aussi flamboyant soit-il est souvent trop fort pour moi. De plus cette collection de Givenchy revêt un caractère confidentiel.

Baroque is underrated. The spool of thread idea is so novel, I can't help but want this. It might smell better on a man, however I won't know until I smell it and test it on my skin.
