When Egyptian jasmine from the 2007 harvest enhances Organza
History
Native to the Nile delta, the jasmine selected by Givenchy grows in a very sunny and well-irrigated region. In 2007, this zone had exceptionally high temperatures and abundant rainfall, granting a particularly excellent quality to the flower’s scent. The essence obtained – both sweet and intense, and lightly grassy and fruity – is at the heart of this collectible ‘harvest’ edition of Organza.

For those who like orientals - a different twist. Less spice. Still luscious but makes you swoon. Nice apricot touch.

I also think that Organza Jasmine Harvest 2007 is really stunning. It is a much lighter floriental than I usually wear, and perfect for a HHH summer. It really stays on my skin for a number of hours -- even through our recent east coast heat wave! The opening is very bright, lush, a tiny bit heady, and then as it dries down it gets floral, warm, apricot-y. It is not sweet at all. The jasmine is wonderful, and I really pick up the neroli on my skin. The very bottom is warm with a little bit of a honey apricot fragrance. I think this is a great perfume for those who like orientals - lovely, but not too strong. Perfect for summer.

This perfume is truly the most beautiful fragrance I've ever experienced. It is just intoxicating, like being in a lush garden, surounded by flowers. I have many, many perfumes, but if I had to pick just one, this would be it!
