Givenchy III
Description
This floral chypre with its tender and subtle sillage gives a haute couture impression, a timeless elegance with a lively and floral top note of mandarin and bergamot. The very floral heart note is composed of lily of the valley, jasmine, Damascus rose and hyacinth for added vegetal and slightly green freshness. The sweet and sensuous end note reveals patchouli, oakmoss, sandalwood and amber.
History
The name is a reference to the address of Givenchy's first prestigious store located at 3 avenue George V in Paris. Givenchy III is the expression of a very elegant and refined femininity.

Bottle
The very simply designed flacon, adorned with a golden metallic stopper, is identical to the flacon of L'Interdit. The case, dressed in beige and gold, punctuated with navy blue, burgundy and bistre, is in keeping with the color codes of Hubert de Givenchy's couture collections.

je l'ai testé il y a peu ; c'est juste une merveille ! Un très grand fleuri, nuancé, frais, chic. Les notes se détachent bien et la tenue dans le temps est également très bonne. Merci Givenchy de ne pas le faire passer à la trappe car c'est sans doute le meilleur que vous ayez fait, et comme dit ClairdeJour, il est bien au-delà de Dahlia Divin ou autre.

Un très grand chypré, frais et très élégant , loin de la médiocrité des actuelles créations de Givenchy (Dahlia Divin, innombrables flankers de Very irrésistible etc...).
