Extravagance d'Amarige

Description

The opening note is bursting, almost electric, with green mandarin and taget or Indian rose, followed up by notes of bitter violet leaves, a graceful and surprising touch of pink peppercorn, and a hint of nettle, as if to say: if you meddle with it, you'll get burnt. The heart note is luxurious with jasmine and orange blossom, accompanied by purple wisteria, sweet and exuberant. In the end, after a delicious note of wild strawberry, a touch of woody notes, a scent of half woody and half warm ambrox, and a note of iris for an enduring trail.

History

Seven years after the creation of Amarige, Givenchy continues to tell the love story with Exravagance. Amarige is for the classic woman, and on the other hand Extravagance is eccentric. Amarige is natural, sumptuous and spontaneous, whereas Extravagance is provocative, feline, resolute, and a touch enigmatic. Just like its elder, Extravagance is a woody floral but its more persistent and more structured composition makes it a whole different fragrance in its own right.

Bottle

Slender like a distant silhouette, the flacon is a bold version of the Amarige flacon. The stopper is crowned by a flame. The case respects the color codes of Amarige's: bold red, bright yellow, vivid green, and deep blue.
