Description
Dahlia Noir eau de toilette opens with light but sparkling waves of mandarin orange, citron and peach. The heart keeps the initial rose accord – but intertwines it with woodsy notes plus pink pepper. The trail goes sweet and musky. All in all, this fragrance is quite different from the eau de parfum: less chypry and mysterious, more light and airy. Perfumer: François Demachy.

History
Givenchy reveals Dahlia Noir Eau de Toilette, a more sparkling and fruitier scent than the eau de parfum version. The fragrance conserves its share of mystery, but unveils a floral and musky signature that softens it. ‘Like a piece of dew-covered fruit,’ the fragrance is intended for a sultry, fragile and magnetic woman.

Bottle
You’ll recognize the original bottle, but now it’s topped with a pale-pink cap. The ‘Givenchy Paris’ signature has gone from black to silver.

Un cocon de douceur. Pour les jours où on a besoin d'un peu de réconfort. Le bouquet d’arômes de l'eau de toilette est significativement différent de l'eau de parfum. A comparer.

the EDT is definitely lighter and airier and more subtle. I think it works lovely as an every day work fragrance. I also see women liking this more than men.
