Description
Scarlet Larkspur opens with fruity notes of red currant, morello cherry, blood orange and claret wine. The floral heart is supported by nutmeg, saffron and amyris wood. Touches of vanilla and tonka bean bring an oriental facet to the dry-down. Perfumer: Ineke Rühland.
History
Scarlet Larkspur is a creation of Ineke’s Floral Curiosities collection. Each fragrance of this line is built around the distinct personality of a specific flower that inspired the perfumer. The collection is also available as a set of samples, called Scent Library. Described as a floral oriental, Scarlet Larkspur reproduces the smell of delphinium cardinale.
