Joy Forever
Description
You’ll find Joy’s iconic notes of jasmine and rose in Joy Forever, but the fragrance also features another pair of noble flowers: orange blossom and iris. Joy Forever has been refreshed with citrusy notes, a green pinch of galbanum and a fruity peach note. The perfume evolves towards a sweet, woodsy trail. Perfumer: Thomas Fontaine.
History
In 2013, the house of Jean Patou is back with Joy Forever. An elegant, luxurious perfume, Joy Forever is like an updated wink and a nod to Joy, Patou’s most famous fragrance, which was created in 1929, in the midst of the Wall Street crash. ‘Today, like yesterday, the Patou woman doesn’t want to wait for things to improve to enjoy the present. She’s looking for joy in her life here and now,’ the house explains. The bottle echoes the lines of the original Joy bottle, designed in 1929 by Louis Süe. For more information: jeanpatou.com

Excuse my prior comment. I meant to say that Joy Forever has a tiny sweetness to it that Beautiful does not have.

I wear this and feel it is my version of Estée Lauder's Beautiful. Joy Forever is a dazzling bouquet but it is missing the tiny sweet note that Joy Forever has.
