Parlez-moi d’Amour
Description
Composed around a ginger-rose accord, Parlez-moi d’Amour reveals fresh and sparkling facets of bergamot, blueberry and ginger. The heart unveils a romantically floral duo of rose and jasmine. The sweet, woodsy, slightly chypre trail blends patchouli and musks. En 2012, John Galliano a lancé la version eau fraîche. Une senteur plus légère grâce à des notes de fleurs de pamplemousse. In 2012, John Galliano launched the ‘eau fraîche’ version. It has a much lighter scent thanks to floral and grapefruit notes. Perfumer: Aliénor Massenet, IFF.

Modern, romantic and rocking love!
History
With Parlez-moi d’Amour, English fashion designer John Galliano proposes a young, modern fragrance with a rebel attitude in which flowers and fruit are shaded with spicy and woodsy accents. The idea for the perfume, which comes in a letter-like bottle, comes from the realization that, ’What with the internet, mobile phones and e-mails, the art of falling in love has lost its charm,’ explains Galliano. With Parlez-moi d’Amour, the couturier ‘wanted to create a perfume which combined a modern-day muse with the courage that it takes in the 21st century to write one’s feelings by hand, in a letter.’ The fragrance is aimed at both “rock ‘n roll” young women and more starry-eyed romantic ones, since it’s putting ‘romanticism à la française’ back in the spotlight.
Range
Eau de Toilette 1, 1.7 and 2.7 oz. Eau de Toilette Fraîche 1, 1.7 et 2.7 oz.
Bottle
The “folds” in the rectangular Parlez-moi d’Amour bottle make it look like an envelope… holding a love letter, of course. It even has a pretty stamp with a floral pattern in the top-right corner. The round, golden cap has been engraved with sweet nothings.

This is the perfume that I want to try first by John Galliano. The blueberry accord is so interesting and in this he's paired it with ginger, jasmine and rose. It is very much like a love letter. Your own love letter goes invisibly into the bottle. Cool.
