Description
A vibrant floral opening of magnolia petals, ‘faceted like the flesh of a juicy piece of fruit’, with a vintage pinch of aldehydes thrown in. The white flower heart reveals mock orange, named for its orange-blossom-like scent, and lily-of-the-valley. The base blends a clean and pure patchouli note with musk. Fragrance designer: Francis Kurkdjian, Takasago.

Rumeur ‘leaves its mark wherever it alights; elusive, it never shares its secrets’… The House of Lanvin has made of it a perfume, with the scent of white flowers and voluptuous musks. A halo of feminine seduction incarnated by the mysterious charm of Amanda Moore, pictured by Solve Sunsbo in a rebellious and singular kaleidoscope vision.

Exquisite fragrance. Rumeur is my favorite Lanvin fragrance. It is not just pretty, it is sexy thanks to the aldehydes, lily of the valley, patchouli and musks. The white flowers get sweet in the middle. Great scent to wear on a date. I like the flacon a lot as well.
