History
Madonna is an international singer. She uses her music, her video clips and interviews in order to express her point of view about religion, politics and sexuality. ‘For years I wanted to create something personal that was an expression of me’ confides Madonna. With Truth or Dare, Madonna wanted to recreate her mother’s perfume but with something fresh and modern. A dark yet light fragrance, Truth or Dare evokes the dual forces that coexist in all of us. It is a feminine and mysterious scent, a sexy reinvention of classics.

Eau de Parfum 1 oz / 30 ml, 1.7 oz / 50 ml and 2.5 oz / 75 ml ; Body Lotion 6.7 oz / 200 ml ; Shower Gel 6.7 oz / 200 ml.
Bottle
The bottle is classic but expresses the dichotomy between purity and provocation. The white colour of the bottle and the logo represents truth and spirituality.

If you dared me to wear this, I would decline. This is based on the ingredients alone. Tuberose is a scent I don't like. I like the word "animalic" an expert used to describe this fragrance in a prior review. I also don't like Fracas one bit - turns my stomach. When I want to conquer my man, I want to be wearing a delicious, dark gourmand, a floral/wood or an oriental fragrance.

Madonna hasn’t gone the way of the dodo just yet, because her (and Coty’s) own interpretation on her long-time favorite Fracas, Truth or Dare, is firmly on the pulse. Tuberose done right, creamy and animalic in equal doses, with a waxy veneer, a hint of tropical coconut and perceivable amber-musk in the base, it’s aimed for mature women rather than teens, unusual for a celebrity scent. The link with classic Fracas by Piguet is there, a nod to Carnal Flower by Frédéric Malle too because of the coconut. Kim Kardashian tried too in this arena, but I prefer Madonna’s take on this as it’s rounder and feels more solid.
