Description
Designer Marianne Masshardt called upon Swiss perfumers from the Firmenich company. Together, they selected the most stunning olfactory ingredients. Some hundred flower essences, spiked with a touch of wild raspberry, on a bed of precious wood and iris root.

History
La Base was created by Marianne Masshardt. With a degree in toxicology, and having spent several years in the cosmetics industry in the USA, this native of Switzerland wanted to create a perfume that would reflect the beauty of her country’s landscapes. A luxurious, innovative gamble, using only the best nature has to offer. Thus were born two fragrances: one for women and one for men, with surprising, incomparable trails. Two unusual essences to discover at selected perfume shops and department stores.

Bottle
The La Base For Her bottle is pared down and luxurious. Rectangular in shape, and topped with a silver-finished aluminum pump.

Oh my, this sounds divine; a hundred flower essences upon a bed of wood & orris with a stop to pick raspberries. A must try.

La Base For Her, de Magic Helvetia, est un vrai, et beau, floral. Moi qui ai des difficultés à apprécier cette famille olfactive, là j'ai été comblée. Ce parfum est frais, captivant, étincelant. Il donne une effet de transparence et de luminosité impressionnant. Perçu d'abord comme un parfum de peau, il m'a étonnée par le frêle sillage qu'il laisse derrière lui. Là aussi un sillage frais, propre et lumineux. J"adooooorrrre !
