Eau Absolue
Description
Eau Absolue has a citrusy opening: bergamot, mandarin orange, petit-grain and litsea cubeba (a lemony-flowery scent). The heart unites pink pepper, geranium, vetiver and Saint Thomas bay leaf (a spicy-herbaceous scent). The trail is composed of cedar and white musk. Cistus labdanum grants the fragrance a slightly animalic character.

History
After creations like Ambre and Cuir et Musc, Mona di Orio is enlarging their Les Nombres d’Or line with Eau Absolue. The fragrance is steeped in the late designer’s love of the Mediterranean. According to the house, the ‘dazzlingly intoxicating’ fragrance ‘radiates the sun-drenched light of a summer day caressed by the warm southern climate.’

Je dois une curiosite a propos de leur utilisation de litsea cubeba. Je l'ai utilise cet ingredient. I aime l'inclusion de St. Thomas feuille de laurier. Labdanum est delicieux si la quantite est equilibre.
