Description
Isparta is composed around a key note of woody rose. Patchouli and oud wood bring chypry facets, while ambroxan, benzoin and Peru balm grant an oriental aspect. Perfumer: Pierre Guillaume.
History
Isparta is Pierre Guillaume’s 26th creation for Parfumerie Générale. The name comes from a type of rose that grow in the province of Isparta, in Turkey. The shape of the bottle and of the matte-black cap is the same as for the preceding juices. You’ll recognize the house’s traditional round black label with the fragrance’s name and number.

Isparta Turkish roses give the impression of a heavy or heady perfume. But I like that they've bounced wood, peru balsam and benzoin with the roses. It should be promising based on the description.
