Infusion de Tubéreuse

Description

The extra-fresh opening blends sparkling, juicy notes of ruby orange and petit-grain. The gentle tuberose heart, with its light red-berry and plum notes, offers creamy-floral tonalities. The woodsy-musky accents in the base of dynamone (a note reminiscent of labdanum), reveals the trail. Olfactorily speaking, the fragrance is quite unlike Infusion d’Iris.

History

After orange blossom in 2009, Prada proposes a seasonal version of Infusion d’Iris composed around tuberose, in an unusual and modern reinterpretation of the fragrance. Tuberose, usually quite opulent, goes gentler and more discreet, with fruity facets. The pale-green and mauve packaging is adorned with a mosaic of tuberose, a reinterpretation of a fabric from the House of Prada’s archives. Thanks to its low-key tuberose note, this fragrance could appeal to both friends and foes of tuberose.

Bottle

The Infusion d’Iris bottle has been reinterpreted. It is now graced with a cap echoing the mauve and pale-green pattern on the package, which is in turn inspired by a fabric from the House of Prada’s archives. The juice is pale purple.
