Belle en Rykiel
Description
Described as an aromatic Oriental, Belle en Rykiel unveils a frankincense-and-lavender accord, with a stunning, femininity composed of equal parts of darkness and light. Mouthwatering notes of red currant and coffee-blossom, the sweetness of heliotrope and vanilla, the refinement of patchouli and mahogany make the fragrance carnal and unctuous. Fragrance designer: Jean Pierre Bethouart, Firmenich.
At a glance
Charm, elegance and sensuality in a Rykielly chic perfume!
History
Belle en Rykiel is a promise of seduction, but with that ‘first time thrill’. Nathalie Rykiel definitely describes it best: ‘We wanted to “break and enter” top-of-the-line perfume fragrance, with a very ‘womanly’ juice. A pink-hued box, silky to the touch, a cube-shaped bottle – feminine, but with a nod to the masculine. Just like the central frankincense-and-lavender accord, revisited with a bold, voluptuous and gourmet femininity. The perfume’s name is like a slogan, with a playful side, for, as the designer says ‘That’s exactly what the Rykiel woman is: a playful woman who’s nobody’s fool! She can be “Belle in Rykiel” one day, and Belle sans Rykiel the next!’
