Description

Rose takes center stage here, refreshed at the top with green mandarin-orange zest and softened at the heart with gentler, less intense eau de rose. No fewer than four different rose notes make up the trail of this perfume creation, with its sensual, delicate amber closing.

At a glance

Floral, romantic and refreshing… meet Sheer Stella, a limited-edition collector’s item.

History

This is English designer Stella Mc Cartney’s first collector scent. A lovely limited edition inspired by her own sensually floral perfume, Stella. The packaging’s hues are as delicate as muslin, and inside the frosted bottle, the fragrance calls to mind fragile rose petals glistening in morning dew. The juice has been enhanced with eau de rose – known for its powers of relaxation – and it brings us a fresher, straight-up-and-on-the-rocks version of Stella: dynamic, euphoric and with a touch of subtle glamour.

Range

Eau de Toilette Limited Edition, 3.4 fl. oz.

Bottle

A collector’s item that is soft and gentle to the touch; the glass has a frosted effect that reinforces this seasonal fragrance’s fresh feel.

I like both Stella and Sheer Stella. Both are quite nice but I think I prefer a bit the original better because I'm a rose fanatic and the rose is more accentuated in the original. The Sheer Stella version is perhaps more light and can be wore more everyday.

I wonder why this site doesn't list her original "STELLA." It was way too much rose and definitely an "older woman" scent. Or for the extreme rose lover
