Vetiver dance
Description
Vetiver dance is a fragrance of contrast around the intense aromas of Javanese vetiver root. The scent is lifted by crisp grapefruit peel and pepper. It is refreshed by clean lily of the muguet and the green spicy accents of clary sage. The base mixes cedar wood and balsamic notes. For men or for women

History
‘Vetiver oil is one of the most fascinating natural fragrances to work with’ says Andy Tauer. The perfumer decided to explore the vetiver beyond its dark and earthy facets. His Vetiver dance is a creative woody scent with ‘delicate lines of green leaves, clear spices and soft flower petals’. More info : www.tauerperfumes.com

Vetiver is mysterious and changes faces easily. I'd dance with a man who wore Vetiver Dance. The grapefruit peel might be perfect for a heavy dose of vetiver (and ambergris too boot) or it might not work well for a huge dose of vetiver. However, I don't think this is universally a unisex fragrance. Maybe a few women could wear this comfortably, but not most.

Being a vetiver fan ( I even wear MPG Route du Vetiver - the old formulation) I find this perfume disturbing, not only because the vetiver is no where to be found (maybe next day morning you can smell some of it) but also because there is a very annoying top note, I cannot say what it is, that I have only smelled in Bulgari Eau du The Rouge.
