Alien Essence Absolue’s opening is a flight of floral notes of sambac jasmine, heliotrope and iris. The heart, composed of cashmeran (cashmere wood) and myrrh segues into a trail intertwining white amber and vanilla. Perfumer Dominique Ropion, IFF.

History
Thierry Mugler unveils Alien Essence Absolue, a ‘more intense and precious’ fragrance than the original. According to the house, this woodsy-oriental perfume is, ‘a paean to precious ingredients that create a more opulent alternative to the world of Alien. ‘I started out with the idea of a sacred nectar to wrap women in a unique aura. (…) The perfume is like a talisman or some kind of ritual that allows you to encounter something holy, almost divine,’ the perfumer, Dominique Ropion, explains.

Une petite merveille, un parfum au sillage puissant, enveloppant. La vanille lui confère sensualité et douceur. Autant je n'ai pas été séduite par le ALIEN classique autant cette version m'a littéralement scotchée. Un de mes parfums préférés, une œuvre d'art !

Parfum de caractère, sensuelle et chaud. Je dirai même qu'il est solaire car il me rappelle le soleil par sa couleur et par une note très chaude. Pour moi c'est un parfum d'hiver absolument réconfortant, qui tient toute la journée. Je l'aime ce parfum
