Sweet, woody, ambry; Bois d’Iris is part of jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels’s luxurious ‘Collection Extraordinaire’. It’s a woody fragrance that ‘drops the idea of the forest, leaves and soil,’ calling more to mind the scent of ‘floated wood, warming in the sun.’ Cologne Noire and this unisex fragrance are the easiest ones in the collection for men to wear; the rest of the collection is more focussed on flowers. Une composition autour de l'iris très réussie. Cette fleur est idéalement mise en valeur par de subtiles notes boisées et ambrées, ce qui la rend portable par la gente masculine alors qu'elle est plutôt destinée, d'habitude, à une clientèle féminine.
